Youll collaborate with our leadership marketing and project teams to create compelling visual content that showcases our projects services and company culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging marketing materials for digital and print platforms including brochures flyers presentations social media graphics email campaigns advertisements and company reports.
• Create visually appealing graphics that highlight Radix Constructions projects services and brand identity.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Business Development team to support advertising campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Develop creative concepts for company branding recruiting campaigns trade shows and corporate events.
• Produce high-quality graphics for the company website landing pages and social media platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
• Prepare production-ready artwork for both digital publishing and professional printing.
• Organize and manage design files templates and creative assets.
• Assist with photo editing project photography and visual storytelling.
• Stay current with design trends marketing strategies and construction industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communications Marketing or a related field preferred.
• 1 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity branding and digital design expertise.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) Figma and Canva.
• Basic knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography layout color theory and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Experience in construction architecture engineering or real estate marketing is a plus but not required.
• Photography video editing drone media or CAD experience is an added advantage.
