What Youll Do
- Support designers throughout all phases of luxury residential projects.
- Create and update furniture plans elevations and custom details in AutoCAD.
- Research and source furnishings lighting finishes fabrics accessories and materials.
- Prepare design presentations concept boards and sample packages.
- Coordinate vendors pricing quotes and product samples.
- Maintain organized project documentation and digital files.
- Participate in site visits quality-control inspections installations and client meetings.
- Help maintain the design library and studio organization.
What Were Looking For
- 3 years of experience with a residential interior design studio.
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design Interior Architecture or Architecture (or equivalent).
- Strong AutoCAD proficiency and a professional portfolio.
- Excellent organizational communication and time-management skills.
- Passion for luxury residential interiors and exceptional attention to detail.
- Collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and support the team.
Preferred Qualifications
- SketchUp experience.
- Experience with Design Manager or Studio Designer.
- Google Workspace proficiency.
- Knowledge of luxury residential vendors and showrooms.
