What Youll Do

• Support designers throughout all phases of luxury residential projects.
• Create and update furniture plans elevations and custom details in AutoCAD.
• Research and source furnishings lighting finishes fabrics accessories and materials.
• Prepare design presentations concept boards and sample packages.
• Coordinate vendors pricing quotes and product samples.
• Maintain organized project documentation and digital files.
• Participate in site visits quality-control inspections installations and client meetings.
• Help maintain the design library and studio organization.

What Were Looking For

• 3 years of experience with a residential interior design studio.
• Bachelors degree in Interior Design Interior Architecture or Architecture (or equivalent).
• Strong AutoCAD proficiency and a professional portfolio.
• Excellent organizational communication and time-management skills.
• Passion for luxury residential interiors and exceptional attention to detail.
• Collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and support the team.

Preferred Qualifications

• SketchUp experience.
• Experience with Design Manager or Studio Designer.
• Google Workspace proficiency.
• Knowledge of luxury residential vendors and showrooms.
