Junior Data Analyst (Entry Level)

• Collaborate with managers and senior managers on data analysis reporting and project support.
• Coordinate assigned tasks across departments to ensure projects move forward on schedule.
• Research and analyze data producing reports that highlight trends patterns and the effectiveness of Credit Union initiatives.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to support strategic decisionmaking.
• Apply strong technical skillsincluding advanced Excelto format manipulate and interpret datasets.

• Experience: 25 years of research and/or analytical experience preferably in the financial services industry.
• Education: Twoyear college degree specialized certification/licensing vendor training or equivalent apprenticeshipbased skills.
• Skills: Strong analytical abilities; clear communication; ability to influence and collaborate; proficiency with PC hardware operating systems databases and printers; general knowledge of networks; expertlevel Excel preferred (pivot tables charts data manipulation).
