• Assist in the preparation and negotiation of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support various corporate matters.
• Draft and review legal documents including contracts and agreements.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop strategies for client representation.
• Participate in client meetings and provide legal insights to foster strong relationships.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all transactions.

• 24 years of experience in corporate law or related fields.
• Strong understanding of M&A processes and corporate governance.
• Excellent research writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

• Experience with real estate transactions or entertainment law.
• Familiarity with legal compliance in financial services or media sectors.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.

The base salary for this role ranges from $200K to $230K reflecting the firms commitment to attracting top talent. This position offers a hybrid work environment promoting a balance between professional and personal life.
