Junior Commercial Lines Account Executive

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is responsible for servicing personal lines clients building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning a commitment to professionalism and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and flexible work environment.

• Manage commercial lines accounts including quoting new and renewal business.

• Provide AZ servicing for assigned commercial lines clients.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring insurance needs are met.

• Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage policy changes renewals and endorsements.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the agency management system.

• Collaborate with carriers and internal team members to provide timely and effective service.

• Support client retention efforts through proactive communication and exceptional customer care.

• Uphold high standards of professionalism and service excellence.

• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working within an independent insurance agency environment.

• Experience with an agency management system is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Demonstrated professionalism and commitment to client service.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Salary: $55000 - $65000 annually based on experience.
