Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support business operations financial tracking reporting and data-driven decision-making initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills experience working with business stakeholders and the ability to transform data into meaningful insights. This role requires expertise in financial reporting data analysis governance processes and executive-level reporting.
The Business Analyst will work closely with business leaders finance teams and technology stakeholders to gather requirements analyze data develop reports and support strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities

Gather analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Perform data analysis and financial tracking to support business decisions.

Develop executive dashboards reports and presentations.

Analyze trends KPIs and business metrics to provide actionable insights.

Support financial planning budgeting and forecasting activities.

Work with Snowflake and cloud-based data platforms to extract and analyze data.

Create reports and presentations using Excel PowerPoint and BI tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting and governance processes.

Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide project updates.

Ensure data accuracy consistency and reporting quality.

Support business process improvements and operational initiatives.

Prepare executive-level reporting materials for leadership teams.
Required Qualifications

5 years of Business Analyst experience.

Strong experience in data analysis and financial tracking.

Experience working with Snowflake and cloud data platforms.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Experience creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.

Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI Tableau or similar platforms.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
