As a Junior Accounts Receivable Representative you will support customers and insurance professionals through payment-related communication and account coordination in a fully remote environment. This role is essential to maintaining accurate account records assisting with invoice inquiries and helping ensure timely payment collection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to unpaid invoices and account support
  • Collect payments from homeowners and insurance companies
  • Assist customers with invoice questions payment updates and account inquiries
  • Document customer communication and account updates across multiple CRM systems
  • Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities
  • Support account resolution efforts through professional and timely communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support and payment processing
  • Contribute to a positive and efficient remote team environment
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence
  • Comfortable making and receiving phone calls throughout the day
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to think independently and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable learning and using multiple CRM systems and software platforms
  • Reliable detail-oriented and self-motivated while working remotely
  • Customer service call center administrative or accounts receivable experience preferred
