Job Title: Junior Accountant

Location: Moorestown NJ

Pay: $50000$55000 annually

Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (1 hour lunch)

Job Summary: Our Client in Moorestown NJ is seeking a Junior Accountant for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role supports the accounting team with day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
Process and manage vendor invoices ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Review and process employee expense reports.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger account analysis.
Maintain and update vendor files.
Handle phone calls from customers and vendors.
Process daily bank statements.
Assist with accounts receivable collections and follow up on delinquent accounts.
Research and resolve customer account discrepancies.
Assist with sales tax filings and business license management.
Perform MOR reconciliations.
Support special projects and other duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements
3 years of accounting experience.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and collections processes.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with accounting software (MFG Pro and/or NetSuite preferred).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact at all levels.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or Accounting preferred.
