Job Summary

Natural Wireless a fast-growing Internet service provider is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to grow their career in a dynamic and expanding company.

Junior Accountant Duties:

Prepare and issue customer invoices and maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records;
Process Accounts Payable invoices and prepare check runs and electronic payments;
Prepare weekly Accounts Receivable aging reports and monitor collection activities;
Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with monthly and quarterly financial close processes;
Monitor and manage the Finance Department email inbox and respond to internal and external inquiries;
Work under the supervision of the Director of Finance;
Assist with revenue contract administration and customer account setup;
Assist with year-end corporate tax preparation;
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements including the Balance Sheet Income Statement and Cash Flow Statement.

Junior Accountant Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in accounting or finance.
12 years of accounting or finance experience (internships considered).
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
Excellent organizational analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
