Job Summary
- Provide general administrative support including scheduling filing and document management
- Create format and maintain documents using Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Assist in preparing reports presentations and spreadsheets for internal use
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day sales team operations
- Handle email correspondence and basic office communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint required)
- Basic to intermediate data analysis skills (comfortable working with spreadsheets formulas and data organization)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- $26.50/hourly plus monthly bonus opportunity
- Full-time Onsite in Farmingdale NY Monday-Friday
