Work Setting: Hybrid (2 days onsite 3 days remote)

What Youll Do

As a Jr. RCM Specialist youll play a key role in supporting our billing and revenue cycle operations by:

• Posting ERA payments accurately and efficiently
• Entering and managing insurance authorizations
• Conducting weekly insurance eligibility and benefits verification
• Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly billing claims
• Performing pre-billing quality assurance checks
• Supporting patient responsibility collections
• Following up with insurance payors and assisting with accounts receivable
• Monitoring unconverted sessions and identifying billing issues before they become larger problems

What Were Looking For

Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred OR equivalent experience/ billing certification
• 12 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) medical billing or healthcare administration
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to manage repetitive administrative tasks with accuracy and consistency
• A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
