About the Role

At Sifted hospitality is at the heart of everything we do. As a Service Lead / Account Manager youll oversee daily front-of-house operations while serving as the primary point of contact for your client. Youll lead onsite teams ensure exceptional service execution build strong client relationships and drive operational excellence to create an outstanding workplace dining experience for our eaters every day.


Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8am - 4pmwith additional hours as needed


What Youll Be Doing
  • Lead daily front-of-house operations ensuring a seamless and elevated eater experience.
  • Oversee lunch service execution while maintaining exceptional food presentation quality food safety and hospitality standards.
  • Coach train and support team members while fostering a positive collaborative work environment.
  • Coordinate staffing delegate responsibilities and adjust coverage as operational needs change.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your client building strong relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
  • Communicate menu updates substitutions service adjustments and operational changes in real time.
  • Monitor inventory manage product runouts and proactively resolve service challenges.
  • Ensure stations signage dish cards temperature logs and service areas are prepared and maintained to Sifted standards.
  • Coordinate special events and support flawless execution alongside internal teams and client partners.
  • Analyze operational trends identify opportunities for improvement and implement processes that increase efficiency and enhance the eater experience.
  • Support labor and food cost goals by minimizing waste maximizing productivity and operating within budget expectations.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures that drive consistency across daily operations.


Our Ideal Candidate
  • Has 3 years of experience in hospitality food service catering or high-volume restaurant operations with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced eater-focused environment and remains calm under pressure.
  • Is an exceptional communicator who can confidently build relationships with clients eaters and cross-functional teams.
  • Leads by example with a hands-on approach and isnt afraid to jump in wherever needed.
  • Is highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and confidently makes decisions in real time.
  • Has experience training coaching and motivating teams to deliver consistent results.
  • Understands food safety sanitation and operational best practices.
  • Is comfortable using workplace technology such as Slack Google Workspace and inventory or scheduling platforms.
  • Has a flexible solutions-oriented mindset and is always looking for ways to improve operations and the eater experience.
  • Is passionate about hospitality and takes pride in delivering exceptional service every day.

Job Type: Full-Time


Shift: Weekdays


Weekly day range: Monday - Friday from 8am - 4pmwith additional hours as needed


Eligibility :This position must maintain a State Food Handlers Card


Work environment :This position is based in a commercial kitchen as well as in client offices


Physical requirements :This position requires standing for up to 6 hours at a time and moving equipment up to 50 lbs.
