- 1st shift: $30.54
- 2nd shift: $33.76
- 3rd shift: $33.46
- $1000 bonus after completion of 90 days of employment (subject to taxes) applicable to new hires only.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Tool & Die Journeyman will plan layout and perform all bench and machine operations to build service repair and maintain the tools dies and fixtures throughout the facility while maintaining Loziers quality and safety standards. Forklift operation may also be required. The Journeyman also provides instruction to apprentices and trainees. Appropriate personal protective equipment must also be worn for this position.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Rebuild dies and fixtures.
Operation of a variety of hand and powered tools including but not limited to surface grinders milling machines lathes drill presses belt sanders saws hoists clamps and measuring tools is necessary for this position.
Constant hand usage.
Frequent standing and reaching.
Occasional walking lifting carrying pushing/pulling and elevated reaching.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: A degree in tool and die technology is preferred.
Experience: Four years of previous tool & die experience is required.
Required Skills:
Must possess a good attendance record.
Good communication skills both written and oral.
Ability to work independently or with a team.
