Journeyman Project ManagerEstimator

Join our dynamic electrical and lighting contracting team as a Journeyman Project Manager/Estimator where youll play a critical role in delivering high-quality electrical this position youll leverage your technical expertise to drive innovation manage complex projects and contribute to our companys commitment to safety and professional excellence.

• Plan oversee and direct small to medium-sized electrical projects for the service department
• Ensure that pertinent information is effectively communicated to all departments involved in the project to facilitate collaboration and alignment
• Monitor project progress and ensure the project schedule is maintained
• Develop a project budget and track project costs in accordance with contractual obligations
• Review and study project documents including estimates design drawings specifications customer proposals and contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Embrace opportunities for growth by collaborating with leadership expanding your professional skills and taking on strategic responsibilities that drive our teams success and your personal career development

• Proven experience (typically 2 years) in electrical service
• A valid Journeyman License is required
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems installations and industry standards
• Willingness to be coached and trained on how to manage small/medium-sized projects
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
