Standard Duties:

• Diagnose repair install and maintain residential plumbing systems
• Run service calls like a pro from first knock to final signature
• Educate homeowners and confidently present repair and upgrade options
• Deliver 5-star experiences that turn into repeat customers and reviews
• Drive a company-provided van (servicing up to a 60-mile radius from Burnsville)
• Mentor newer techs and lead by example when needed

• MN Journeyman Plumbing License (State of Minnesota)
• Valid drivers license clean driving record
• Strong residential service experience
• Comfortable selling repairs replacements and upgrades
• Open to service installs and branch-line drain work
• Professional confident customer-first mindset
