Key Responsibilities:

Apply insulation materials including calcium silicate mineral wool fiberglass cellular glass and aerogel to hot or cold industrial surfaces.

Read industrial blueprints and isometric drawings to determine layouts dimensions and material requirements.

Measure and cut insulation / metal & cladding precisely to fit around valves flanges pumps elbows and irregular geometries.

Install protective jacketing made of aluminum stainless steel or PVC to weatherproof and seal the insulated systems.

Secure materials properly using wire bands rivets screws and specialized vapor-barrier mastics.

Work safely at heights using ladders scaffolding and aerial boom/scissor lifts.

Adhere to safety protocols including mandatory PPE fall protection and daily hazard assessments.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Industrial Mechanical Insulation / Metal & Cladding (refineries power plants or chemical facilities).

Material Knowledge: Deep understanding of industrial insulation types temperature ratings and application techniques.

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift to 50 lbs. climb ladders and work in tight or elevated spaces under varying weather conditions.

Compliance: Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening.

Transit: Possess a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to the jobsite.

Must speak fluent English - Bilingual is a plus.

Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday - 10-hour shifts.

Hourly Pay: $23.00-$25.00 DOE
