Journeyman Electrician

A world-class industry leading construction consultant firm currently has a position available for a Journeyman Electrician. Journeyman Electrician will be responsible for:

• Installation operation and maintenance of electrical components (controls devices sensors etc.) for the buildout of new equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and other plans for on-going projects within the facility.
• Enforce and maintain safety policies and standards throughout the facility for others in the department and team.

Required work experience includes:

• 5 years as a Journeyman Electrician with a focus in installing and maintaining electronic controls devices sensors and various components.
• Able to interpret blueprints schematics and sketches as they pertain to new equipment.
• Demonstrated experience with electronic transmitters and other instrumentation (PLC HMI etc.)
• Familiarity with Mission Critical and Data Center facility construction.
• Demonstrated experience with Outlook Word and Excel.
