Journeyman Data Analyst
In this role you will
- Interface directly with senior leaders and capability providers on Mission Assurance risk and decision-support matters
- Prepare tasking packages staffing materials and decision-support products
- Provide risk-mitigation analysis Courses of Action (COAs) and return-on-investment (ROI)-based decision modeling
- Support the application of AI/ML techniques to extract insights from Mission Assurance assessment data and stakeholder documentation
- Support analytical workflow enablement and sustainment of dashboards monitoring views and decision-support products
- Additional duties as assigned
- 310 years in any career field discipline or industry
- Hands-on experience with Palantir AIP or similar AI-enabled analytics platforms preferred
- Background in data science predictive modeling or decision analytics preferred
- Experience briefing senior DoD leaders preferred
- Bachelors Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in any field
- Palantir AI Certification (required)
- Active/current Top Secret (TS) clearance on Day 1 of performance
- Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI and TS/SCI with Caveats
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to work 100% on-site within a Government SCIF during core duty hours
- CONUS travel may be required (coordinated with the Government at least 10 calendar days prior)
- OCONUS travel may be required (e.g. EUCOM/PACOM AOR support; coordinated at least 20 calendar days prior with Theater Business Clearances)
- Local travel within the National Capital Region may be required
- Trip and After-Action Reports are required following each trip
- May be required to move equipment/files weighing up to 50 pounds
- May require sedentary work at least 50% of the time
- Reports to a physical location which occasionally requires the ability to traverse between buildings
- Ability to manage stress with a high degree of maturity/professionalism
- Demonstrated critical thinking and leadership skills and the ability to work well with others
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
