Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our millwork team
specializing in custom fabrication and installation for restaurants hotels and other hospitality projects.
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of millwork projects-from estimating
and planning to production delivery and installation-ensuring projects are completed on time within
budget and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
-Prepare project budgets track costs and issue change orders as required.
-Manage multiple millwork projects simultaneously from project award through closeout.
-Conduct site visits to verify field conditions take measurements and coordinate installa on

-Ensure all safety standards and company procedures are followed during production and
installation.
-Review architectural drawings shop drawings and specifications to confirm scope materials
and finishes.
-Communicate with clients architects general contractors and vendors to ensure project
requirements are met.
-Coordinate with the millwork shop team (designers engineers fabricators and installers) to
ensure quality and accuracy.

Requirements
-3 years of experience as a Project Manager in millwork construction or related woodworking
industries (hospitality experience preferred).
-Knowledge of restaurant and hotel construction processes ADA requirements and hospitality
design standards preferred.
-Proficiency in project management software AutoCAD/Bluebeam (a plus) and Microsoft Office
Suite.

-Strong understanding of millwork fabrication processes materials and finishes.
-Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and shop drawings.
