Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Microvellum Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for creating accurate shop drawings CNC-ready production files & material documentation for custom millwork & casework projects. The optimal candidate MUST have 5 years experience with Microvellum AutoCAD and custom millwork construction methods with the ability to coordinate closely with project managers engineering production and installation teams in a fast-paced environment. This role can be fully remote for the right candidates.
Responsibilities
Develop detailed shop drawings and production drawings using Microvellum and AutoCAD

Revise drawings based on client comments field conditions and engineering reviews
Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Support continuous improvement of drafting standards and library components
Assist with troubleshooting production or installation issues when required

Create CNC-ready files cut lists and material reports for manufacturing
Interpret architectural drawings specifications and field dimensions
Maintain organized project files schedules and revision tracking

Requirements
Ability to read architectural and shop drawings
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
Proficiency & experience in AutoCAD with Microvellum software
Experience in commercial millwork cabinetry or woodworking industry preferred
Strong problem-solving critical-thinking attention to detail organizational skills along with excellent communication and teamwork skills
