At Delaney Eye Center we are a modern patient-focused optometry practice dedicated to helping our community See Happy. As we continue to grow were looking for experienced motivated individuals who are ready to learn develop and build a rewarding career in eye care.
Patient Experience Specialist
Be the first smile our patients see and help create an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and warmth.
- Verify insurance benefits and patient information.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient communications.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while creating a positive office experience.
Optometric Technician
Work alongside our doctors to provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform patient workups and document medical histories.
- Administer diagnostic testing including OCT HRT and visual fields.
- Assist with contact lens fittings and specialty care.
- Support pre-operative and post-operative patient visits.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in an optometry or ophthalmology practice preferred.
- Strong communication and patient service skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
