Job Title Architect Designer

They specialize in creating innovative functional and aesthetically compelling spaces ranging from luxury custom homes to sophisticated light commercial projects. The organization fosters a collaborative environment where design professionals work directly with clients and construction teams to translate visions into reality while maintaining excellence in craftsmanship and project delivery.

As an Architect/Designer you will lead projects from concept through design development. You will collaborate closely with clients construction professionals and internal stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs are not only creative but also align perfectly with project budgets schedules and quality expectations.

• Design Leadership:Develop architectural concepts designs and construction documentation for high-end residential and light commercial projects.

• Project Oversight:Lead the design phase from initial client consultation through final approval.

• Collaboration:Partner with consultants and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Client Engagement:Guide clients through material finish and interior design selections to enhance the functionality and beauty of their spaces.

• Project Management:Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring compliance with building codes and industry best practices.

• Education:Bachelors Degree in Architecture or a related field (Architectural licensure is preferred but not required).

• Experience:Minimum 5 years of architectural design experience and 5 years of experience in residential and/or light commercial construction.

• Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding of construction methods building materials and code requirements.

• Software:Proficiency in architectural design and drafting software.

• Soft Skills:Excellent communication presentation and client relationship management skills. A deadline-driven and organized approach is essential.

• Background in high-end custom residential design.

• Experience in design-build project delivery environments.

• Skill in interior finish and material selection consultation.
