Internal Medicine Opportunity in Lynn MA
Mass General Brigham is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our multidisciplinary practice in the North Shore city of Lynn Massachusetts. We welcome applications from both experienced physicians and recent Internal Medicine graduates.
Primary Care. Community Focus. System Support
As Mass General Brigham continues to invest in primary care physicians are supported by a connected system of clinical resources specialty expertise and coordinated care across the network.
Youll build lasting relationships with patients and practice with local autonomy while benefiting from the strength of a broader system that includes community hospitals ambulatory practices and nationally recognized academic medical centers.
Key Features of Our Primary Care Model:
- After-Hours Call Program: Physicians are not responsible for after-hours call coverage.
- Virtual Clinic Support (VCS): A centralized APP team remotely manages routine clinical tasks including inbox coverage results refills and follow-up.
- Team-Based Care: Our interdisciplinary team includes Social Work Behavioral Health specialists and a dedicated Medical Assistant to provide comprehensive patient support.
- Technology Support: Access to AI note-writing tools compatible with EPIC.

The salary range for this position is $250000 to $290000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to relevant experience education and internal equity.
