JOB ID 3352 Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Chesapeake (Carmichael) VA. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and ensure patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced clinical environment.

• Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care plans in accordance with established protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team promptly.
• Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions treatments and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians therapists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training activities.

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia.
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Previous clinical experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.

This position is based in Chesapeake (Carmichael) VA providing care in a dynamic healthcare setting. The role may require standing for extended periods lifting or moving patients and working various shifts including nights weekends and holidays as needed.
