Job Coach, Community (Sub)

About the Role:As a Job Coach youll provide person-centered job coaching to a group (1:3) of individuals at their work sites. You will teach workplace skills foster independence and ensure individuals meet employer expectations while creating a supportive environment for long-term job success. This is a substitute role and shift times and locations will vary.
