JOB# 633 Shapes Maker

Monday - Thursday

6:00a start

$15.00/hr.

This position requires bending twisting and lifting up to 50 lbs through the entire shift. If you enjoy staying physically fit this position would be great for you!

You should be capable of fabricating shapes/heads by blueprint drawings. Handling shaped brick by hand and forklift.

Skills and Qualifications:

Must have some machine operation experience.

Must be bilingual

Must be able to work 8-10 hour shifts if needed.

Mechanical drawing preferred.

Good math skills for calculations of measurement.

Ability to read drawings scales and blueprints

Works in and outdoors in under the elements environment: heat cold dust noise oil slippery surfaces uneven terrain exposure to moving equipment and machinery electrical shock hazardous chemicals and products extreme temperatures.

May be required to work extended hours or as needed on occasion.

Must have good vision must not be color blind (most positions require color vision due to different shades of brick materials)

Must pass pre-employment drug screening as well as background check.

Duties:

Stacking bricks on cars housekeeping and assisting machine operators during set-up and changeovers.

May need to work overtime in other departments at times.

Off-bearer pulls brick as it is made and stacks onto car. Slow paced job but requires a lot of standing and bending.
