JIRA Administrator Mid

• Deploy and configure JIRA as the centralized ticketing system for tracking task assignments deliverables and performance metrics.
• Integrate JIRA with other collaboration tools ensuring seamless data sharing and automated status updates.
• Submit the JIRA System Implementation & Integration Report detailing system setup integrations and usage efficiency.

• Possess the knowledge and capability to configure manage and optimize JIRA as the primary ticketing system for Work Order tracking and workflow automation.
• Personnel must be proficient in JIRA administration workflow development permission management and integrations with DevOps tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required to support issue resolution and system performance enhancements.
• Personnel must have demonstrated experience in configuring JIRA workflows managing issue tracking systems and integrating JIRA with GitLab Confluence or other DevOps tools.
• Experience with Agile methodologies dashboard customization and service-level agreement (SLA) monitoring is required.

• Desirable but not required certifications Atlassian Certified JIRA Administrator or ITIL Foundation Certification.
