Jersey City Zumba Instructors

We are looking for a candidate who works well independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Making eye contact and being welcoming are essential. The pay for this part-time position is $65 commission per hour class. We are interviewing for certified Zumba Instructors.

• Provide professional safe and practical classes that offer ongoing motivation and feedback to participants.
• Create enthusiastic and energetic class environments.
• Place specific emphasis on safety and proper movement execution.
• Assist the site manager in the marketing promotion and tracking of classes.
• Provide management with any feedback received from class participants.
• Provide recommendations on industry trends equipment and ideas to enhance the group exercise program.
• Maintains certifications and licenses as required for the position.
• Abides by uniform and grooming standards.
