Position Summary

Jefferson Radiology is actively recruiting aNeuroradiologistto join a team of fellowship-trained CAQ-certified Neuroradiologists to support our growing practice in Connecticut. We operate on a hybrid-subspecialty model allowing our physicians to self-select a personalized level of Neuro sub-specializationranging from a pure Neuroradiology position to a hybrid General-Neuro role.

  • Salary Range with a base of $625000.00 for on-site and $600000.00 for remote with productivity incentives upwards to $1000000.00 annually
  • Commencement and/or Retention bonuses up to $100000 collectively
  • This position involves exclusive coverage of Neuroradiology cases.
  • We offer flexible work arrangements: onsite hybrid or remote teleradiology
  • Multiple scheduling models available to fit your lifestyle
  • 7 on/ 7 off
  • 7 on/ 14 off
  • Monday Friday with weekend commitments
  • The daily caseload is reasonable and manageable consisting primarily of cross-sectional imaging studies with only occasional plain films (e.g. for valve settings)
  • Case complexity is moderate and typical for a community-based health system.
  • Productivity is supported by a strong volume of outpatient MRI cases offering consistently high RVU generation.
  • No procedures required

Jefferson Radiology established in 1963 is a 90 physician sub-specialtygroup practice with 400 non-physician staff members based in Connecticut covering multiple imaging centers community hospitals and tertiary-academic have developed a unified enterprise PACS with home workstations for all physicians state-of-the art cloud-based system with AI tools and workflow enhancement solutions to optimize patient care and radiologist offer flexible/personalized partnership track staffing models that range between 3-5 day-per-week practice supports a 20-person residency.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Osteopathy (DO)
  • Licensed or ability to obtain medical license in the State of Connecticut and Massachusetts
  • Board Eligible or Certified American Board of Radiology (ABR) or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)
  • Residency Trained ACGME Accredited Radiology Program
  • Fellowship Trained Neuroradiology
  • CAQ in Neuroradiology (or eligible to obtain CAQ within 1 year of employment)

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $600000 with productivity incentives up to $1000000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education work experience certifications geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary addition to this range Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages which include health & wellness coverage options 401k benefits and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
