Detailed Job Description:
Lead the design development and delivery of enterprise-grade insurance applications using Java full stack technologies microservices architecture and AWS cloud platforms ensuring scalability security and performance.
Lead end-to-end full stack development using Java (Spring Boot) UI frameworks (React/Angular)
Define and drive microservices-based architecture and API strategy
Provide technical mentorship conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
Design and implement cloud-native applications on AWS (EC2 S3 Lambda API Gateway RDS)
Build scalable RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices architectures
Ensure high availability fault tolerance and performance optimization
Define solution architecture integration patterns and system workflows
Participate in architecture discussions design reviews and technical planning
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Integrate with insurance platforms (Guidewire)
