Job Summary

Java Lead Architect React Front End (Ad-Tech Domain)

Lead the architecture design and development of enterprise-scale applications for digital marketing and advertising platforms supporting high-volume customer engagement.
Design and implement ad-tech integrations including Google Ads campaign management platforms audience targeting ad serving tracking and analytics solutions.
Provide architectural leadership for Java-based backend systems and React frontend applications within a fast-paced financial services environment.
Develop scalable solutions for real-time campaign delivery ad personalization customer acquisition and marketing performance optimization.
Collaborate with digital marketing product analytics and engineering teams to align technology solutions with business and customer engagement goals.
Ensure applications meet enterprise standards for security scalability performance compliance and reliability expected in regulated financial domains.
Architect and integrate REST APIs third-party marketing platforms customer data platforms (CDP) and analytics tools.
Lead modernization initiatives involving microservices cloud-native architecture and modern frontend frameworks.
Establish technical standards frontend architecture best practices CI/CD processes and development governance.
Mentor engineering teams and provide hands-on leadership in Java microservices and ad-tech platform integrations.
Experience working in advertisement technology digital marketing ecosystems customer targeting platforms or campaign analytics environments is highly preferred.
Prior experience supporting enterprise-scale platforms for banking payments fintech or customer engagement solutions is a strong plus.
