Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Java AWS Lead Developer with 12 years of hands-on experience in Java application development cloud technologies and enterprise production support.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java Spring Boot AWS services Kubernetes messaging systems and relational databases while leading critical production support and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications.
• Lead development efforts using Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Build and support cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Develop and maintain containerized applications using Kubernetes.
• Implement and support messaging solutions using Kafka or similar technologies.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries and database operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents in enterprise environments.
• Develop automation scripts using Python and Bash.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure application performance reliability and availability.

Required Skills:

• 12 years of experience in Java development
• Strong expertise in Java
• Experience with Python scripting
• Experience with Bash scripting
• Expertise in Spring Framework
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and/or Oracle Database
• Advanced SQL development and query optimization skills
• Production support and incident management experience
• Hands-on AWS experience with:
• AWS Glue
• Amazon S3
• AWS Lambda
• Amazon EKS

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading development teams.
• Experience building microservices architectures.
• Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD methodologies.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
• AWS Certifications are a plus.
