Job Summary
PMC is looking for a self-motivated Janitorial Supervisor to lead our cleaning team in the Tri-City area of Virginia. Full time and part time opportunities available. Day and evening hours available.
Duties include:
- Supervising janitorial staff
- Inspecting completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Training new team members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Cleaning bathrooms trash removal cleaning break areas sweeping mopping and wiping down glass doors as needed
- Addressing client concerns and communicating updates to management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of janitorial or cleaning experience including supervisory experience
- Must have own transportation
- Must pass a background check
- Strong communication and leadership skills
