Janitorial Worker Temp-to-Hire

Pay: $14.00/hour
Schedule: MondayFriday 4:30 PM7:30 PM
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Worker to maintain a clean safe and sanitary work environment. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work have good attendance and be comfortable performing routine cleaning and janitorial duties.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize offices restrooms common areas and other assigned areas.
• Sweep mop vacuum and maintain floors.
• Empty trash and replace trash liners.
• Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces.
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
• Follow proper cleaning procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
• Report maintenance issues spills or safety hazards to management.
• Perform other janitorial duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must speak English or be bilingual.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Previous janitorial/cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to consistently work the scheduled MondayFriday shift.
