Join us for an exciting Janitorial Hiring Event designed to connect motivated individuals with rewarding cleaning and custodial opportunities! Full-time positions multiple shifts open.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning duties across commercial residential or industrial facilities including sweeping mopping dusting trash removal and restroom sanitation.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers vacuums and scrubbers to ensure high-quality results.
- Handle chemical agents safely by following proper chemical handling safety procedures and safety protocol adherence.
- Conduct manual handling tasks like heavy lifting and moving furniture or equipment while practicing safe lifting practices.
- Maintain cleanliness standards by adhering to sanitation guidelines and facility maintenance protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and efficiently during cleaning assignments.
Qualifications:
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques equipment operation and chemical handling safety procedures is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely while following safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on sanitation standards and facility upkeep.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Experience with facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
