Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold) is seeking a Janitorial Manager for our client in Tulsa OK who is a creative energetic individual with a Whatever It Takes attitude in fulfilling their job duties.
The Janitorial Account Manager is responsible for overseeing all cleaning and maintenance operations within a shopping mall environment. This role ensures high standards of cleanliness safety and customer satisfaction while managing janitorial staff vendor relationships and client expectations.

Management
- Oversee daily janitorial operations including interior and exterior cleaning restrooms food court areas and common spaces
- Ensure compliance with cleaning schedules and quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain a clean safe mall environment
Staff Supervision
- Recruit train schedule and supervise janitorial team members
- Monitor performance and provide coaching feedback and disciplinary actions when needed
- Ensure proper staffing levels for peak and off-peak hours
Client Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for mall management and tenants
- Address concerns complaints and service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
Quality Control
- Implement and maintain cleaning standards and procedures
- Perform routine audits and inspections
- Ensure use of proper cleaning methods equipment and chemicals
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all staff follow OSHA and company safety policies
- Maintain proper documentation for safety incidents and compliance
- Conduct safety training and enforce safe work practices
Budget & Inventory Management
- Manage labor costs supplies and equipment budgets
- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning products and equipment
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality
Equipment Management
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized cleaning or maintenance services
- Ensure equipment is maintained repaired or replaced as needed
