Janitor/Part Time - 5pm-9pmJob DescriptionPerforms general cleaning in office warehouse and other building interiors to maintain a clean orderly and functional Functions:Clean and sanitize restrooms/bathrooms/breakrooms/kitchen areas/ using established practices and procedures; follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and suppliesClean dust and wipe furniture; sweep mop or vacuum floors empty/clean wastebaskets and trash containers; refill restrooms and breakrooms/lunchrooms paper towel dispensersUse and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools buffers mops squeegees vacuum for cleaning and general maintenance of floors walls carpets furniture windows as requiredFollow instructions regarding the use of chemicalsOther duties as assignedQualifications and Experience:High School diploma or GED equivalent year of relevant experience Required Skills and Abilities:Managing ones own time and the time of others to ensure to perform work accurately and attention to must be able to:Model behaviors of reliability as outlined in Company Attendance Demands and Work Environment:To perform the essential functions of the role employees must be able to perform the following activities with or without reasonable accommodations:Regularly required to talk and position is very active and requires standing walking bending kneeling stooping crouching crawling and climbing all lift and move items up to 50 vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust Conditions:Work is performed in a manufacturing warehouse environment where working conditions may vary significantly; the employee will be exposed to:Moderate NoiseExcessive noise hearing protection required (occasionally)Dust smoke fumes/vapors (occasionally)Extreme temperatures (occasionally)Sharp instruments including box cutters scissors and other tools used in packaging/shippingThe use of PPE including hearing protection eye and hand protection and use of safety footwear may be required
