(CBI) Jail Coordinator is responsible for delivering treatment and discharge planning services to identify County Jail Program Patients. The Jail Coordinator is responsible for assisting inmates with jail release planning and coordinating into behavioral health services. The Jail Coordinator will participate in a weekly staffing with probation and jail staff to provide updates on each patient and coordinate Highschool diploma or GED required. Associates degree or higher preferred. Experience in a criminal justice setting behavioral health physical health or substance abuse setting required. Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred. Valid drivers license required. Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record required. Fingerprint Clearance Card preferred.
