Duties And Responsibilities
Delegate daily tasks and special projects to student workers Supervise student workers to ensure efficiency of task completion and expectations for performance are being met Assist ITC Director in the creation and presentation of professional development materials and sessions Assist ITC Director in the creation of materials and presentation of lessons for CESHS classes Maintain monthly report of ITC equipment and services provided for the ITC Director to compile into an annual report Participate in weekly meetings with the ITC Director to determine needs and a task list for upcoming weeks Assist with scheduling students and activities in the ITC Work with faculty and staff as they have technology issues in their offices or classrooms. Train student workers on technology equipment and concepts Assist with research of technology tools for educational use
Qualifications
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications Ability to successfully work within a team environment Strong communication skills Strong customer service skills
