Location: Tampa FL 33637
Duration: 12 Months
This role requires any travel (Yes/No): NO

Mandatory Skills
Basic Programming / Scripting -JavaJavaScript
Understanding of types of performance testing:
Load testing

Knowledge of performance metrics:

Throughput
Latency
Error rate
Resource utilization (CPU memory I/O)
Good to Have Skills
Hands-on experience with at least one major tool:
JMeter (most common)
LoadRunner
Gatling
NeoLoad
Ability to design:
Test scenarios
Workload models
Test scripts
Job Description
Minimum 7 years of strong experience in Performance Testing with in-depth exposure to industry-standard practices
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience and proficiency with JMeter which is a mandatory requirement for this role.
At least 5 years of experience in a Lead role demonstrating the ability to guide teams and drive performance testing initiatives.
Sound end-to-end performance testing expertise as an individual contributor including test design scripting execution analysis and reporting.
Strong knowledge of Performance Engineering concepts including bottleneck analysis capacity planning and tuning recommendations.
Proven experience in performance monitoring and analysis across different environments.
Experience in client reviews requirements gathering and coordination especially in onsite engagements.
Ability to manage and mentor a team while also handling critical deliverables independently.
Excellent communication skills essential for client interactions report walkthroughs performance review discussions and stakeholder management
