This role combines technical analysis solution development reporting integrations EDI and hands-on work in our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations successful candidate will work closelywith ITteammatesbusinessusersand external partners to understand/troubleshoot issues improve processessupport customapplicationsand deliver practical solutions that create measurable business This Role Is DifferentOwn a variety of meaningful work including D365 reporting integrations EDI data analysis system enhancements internal website maintenance and custom solution with business teams to solve real operational exposure to manufacturing distribution supply chain finance and customer service processes in a multi-country environmentsupporting over10 ideas challenge assumptions and help shape solutions from concept through ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions reports integrations and process troubleshoot and enhance our technical solutions within and around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & EDI transactions system interfaces and integration processes between D365 and internal or external knowledge of D365 data model toassistwith support anddevelopment solutions including internal websitesandlegacy IT business solutionsMeet withIT andbusiness users to understand issues document requirementsvalidatesolutions and support user collaboratively with IT infrastructure business analystsdevelopersandvendorsto deliver reliable multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong follow-through and andmaintaintechnical documentation support opportunities to simplify processes reduce manual effort improve data quality and increase system and provide status of requestsprioritiesand issues to IT Candidate ProfileSelf-starter who can take ownership ask good questions and move work forwardobtaining guidance as analytical thinker who enjoys solving complex business and technical balancing hands-on technical work with frequent interaction across IT and business to manage competing priorities shift between support and project work and communicate status adaptable and willing to learn new technologies applications and business -focused mindset with the ability to explain technical topics in practical business QualificationsExperience supporting ERP business applications or enterprise systems;familiarity withD365 Finance & Operationsis with SQL reporting tools data analysis dashboards or business intelligence to EDI APIs file-based integrations middleware or other system-to-system data exchange to AzureDevopsor CICD pipelineAbility to troubleshoot and support technical processesExperience working with business users to gather requirements test solutions and support production is a written and verbal communication skills including documentation and user-facing Environment and Success FactorsThis role requires collaboration with business teams and IT teammates across multiple departments and depends on strong ownership sound judgment attention to detail and the ability to deliver practical solutions in a changing role is well suited for someone who enjoys variety: one day may involve troubleshooting an EDI issue the next may involve designing a report supporting a D365 process or working with users to improve how work gets You Will Help DeliverMore reliable business processes and system reporting and visibility for operational decision-makingImproved user experience and adoption across key business applicationsTechnology solutions that create measurable value for the organizationPay Range: $72000-$95000
