Job Title: IT System Support Technician

Location: Fontana CA

Pay Rate: $20.00 $21.00/hour

Shift Start Time: 12:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and tech-savvy IT System Support Technician to join our team in Fontana this role you will be responsible for providing technical support maintaining systems and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate is proactive detail-oriented and comfortable troubleshooting both hardware and software issues in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware software and network-related issues
• Install configure and maintain computer systems and peripherals
• Troubleshoot system errors and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
• Assist with system upgrades patches and routine maintenance
• Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions
• Support end-users with IT-related inquiries and training when needed
• Ensure systems are operating efficiently and securely

Requirements:

• Previous experience in IT support or a related field preferred
• Basic knowledge of computer systems networks and troubleshooting techniques
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible schedule with open availability
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
