At Paul Davis Restoration technology plays a critical role in helping our teams deliver exceptional service to customers across Wisconsin and Illinois. We are seeking an IT Systems Support Specialist to serve as the primary technology support resource for our growing multi-location organization.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems supporting employees and improving technology systems. Youll work directly with employees across all departments ensuring they have the tools equipment and support they need to be successful from day one.

What Youll Do
Set up and configure computers user accounts email access software and mobile devices for new employees.
Manage employee technology onboarding and offboarding.
Serve as the primary point of contact for technology support across three office locations.
Troubleshoot hardware software printer mobile device and connectivity issues.
Administer Microsoft 365 including Outlook Teams OneDrive and SharePoint.
Manage user permissions software licensing and access requests.
Deploy maintain and track company technology equipment and inventory.
Coordinate with third-party IT and cybersecurity providers to resolve issues and support technology initiatives.
Assist with software implementations upgrades and technology projects.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and automation.
What Were Looking For
3 years of experience in IT support help desk systems administration or a related technology role.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work independently.
Experience supporting users in a business environment.
Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred but not required.
