TheIT Systems Administratoris responsible for below specific duties.
Your specific duties will include:
- Administer and maintain the organizations network server cloud and core systems infrastructure ensuring reliability security availability and performance.
- Manage user accounts system access hardware/software installations workstations peripherals network equipment and system upgrades throughout their lifecycle.
- Monitor systems and networks for performance and security issues proactively identifying and resolving vulnerabilities outages and other technical problems.
- Manage critical cybersecurity and data protection functions including intrusion detection/prevention antivirus anti-malware content filtering software updates backups and data recovery.
- Design maintain and optimize cloud and virtual environments ensuring solutions meet organizational requirements for scalability security compliance performance and cost efficiency.
- Lead and support IT infrastructure and cloud projects coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders resolve escalated Help Desk issues maintain technical documentation and communicate technology risks and solutions to senior leadership.
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or IT certification in related field.
- 5 years of experience as a system administrator or technical support (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and advanced analytical skills.
- Advanced to expert knowledge of Microsoft 365.
