IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our employees. This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees

- Install configure and maintain computer systems and software

- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate to appropriate team members if necessary

- Maintain inventory of all hardware and software assets

- Train employees on new technologies and software applications

- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements

- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new systems and upgrades

- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and networking systems

- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
