TES Staffing is partnering with a well-established Managed IT Services company to find an experienced IT Support Engineer who enjoys tackling complex technical challenges while delivering exceptional customer service.

Youll become a trusted technology partner for a diverse portfolio of businesses working with everything from Microsoft servers and virtualization to networking cloud technologies cybersecurity and end-user support. What Youll Do

• Troubleshoot complex desktop server network and application issues
• Support Microsoft Windows environments and Microsoft 365
• Configure and maintain servers virtualization platforms and networking equipment
• Support VMware environments
• Manage backups security software and system updates
• Respond to support requests through phone email and ticketing systems
• Document solutions and contribute to technical knowledge resources
• Perform maintenance upgrades and proactive system improvements
• Occasionally travel to local client sites to provide onsite support
• Build lasting relationships by delivering outstanding customer service

• Microsoft Windows Desktop & Server Operating Systems
• Microsoft 365
• VMware
• TCP/IP Networking
• Firewalls

• Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) platforms
• Google Workspace
• Antivirus and endpoint security tools

Youll also bring:

• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Experience working directly with customers
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail
• A valid drivers license
• Willingness to travel locally to customer sites as needed
