IT SUPPORT ANALYST

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team. The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for all IT systems and equipment used by our healthcare providers staff and patients. This is a full-time permanent position with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all IT systems and equipment used by healthcare providers staff and patients

- Install configure and maintain hardware and software systems

- Create and maintain documentation for IT systems and procedures

- Train staff on proper use of IT systems and equipment

- Maintain inventory of all IT equipment and supplies

- Collaborate with external IT vendors and service providers as needed

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

- Provide on-call support for after-hours emergencies as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems

- Experience with network and server infrastructure maintenance

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
