IT Support Administrator

A typical day asan IT Support Administratormight include:

• Manage incoming customer requests resolve basic issues and escalate as needed while providing excellent customer service.

• Maintain IT Asset Management system update records and assist with audits.

• Purchase supplies materials and IS related equipment consistent with quality and delivery expectations.

• Maintain stock items and reconcile inventory levels for IS materials.

• Work independently to manage small projects and assist with large cross-divisional projects as assigned.

• Follow and apply SEL Values Principles of Operations and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

This job might be for you if:

• Have an associates degree or equivalent experience

• Are tech savvy and well informed about modern technology

• Have two years of excellent customer service experience

• Have strong writing documentation and speaking skills

• Are able to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities

• Are able to work cooperatively in a team environment

It is a plus if you have:

• Customer service experience in a help desk setting or other technical role

• Asset management experience

Pay Range Data

$30.29 - $44.76 an hour. We set starting pay based on job-related factors such as your experience training knowledge and skills. We are looking to fill this position at theIT Support Administratorlevel and we welcome applicants with a range of experience. Depending on your background we may consider you for a different level with compensation aligned accordingly.
