IT Supervisor – ERP & OA Systems

Our client isa leading manufacturing enterprise in the United States. They are seeking a visionary and hands-on IT Supervisor (ERP OA Systems) to lead their digital transformation.
In this role you will bridge the gap between business operations and technical execution. You will oversee theimplementationoptimization maintenance and strategic alignment of the enterprises ERP and OA systems to drive enterprise operational efficiency.

• System Management: Lead the implementation upgrade and daily optimization of core ERP and OA systems.
• Process Alignment: Analyze manufacturing workflows (supply chain inventory production finance) to design efficient automation solutions.
• Data Integration: Ensure seamless data flow and integration between the ERP OA MES cybersecurity systems and other critical enterprise information systems.
• User Support: Oversee system training documentation and technical support for cross-functional teams to maximize system adoption.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology MIS or a related field.
• Experience:3 years of experience managing IT systems within the manufacturing track record with mainstream ERP platforms and advanced OA/Workflow automation tools.
• Preferred Background: Experience in Enterprise IT System Architecture or IT Operations Maintenance (OM) is a strong plus.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin (Bilingual English/Mandarin) is highly preferred to facilitate global collaboration.
