Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our team full-time. The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of our companys information technology systems and infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and looking to utilize their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain all hardware and software systems including servers workstations and networking equipment

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for employees

- Install and configure new hardware and software as needed

- Monitor system performance and ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place

- Implement and maintain network security measures

- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures

- Train and educate employees on proper use of technology systems

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to make recommendations for system improvements

- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions to improve business processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and networking systems

- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems

- Familiarity with network security and data backup procedures

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Certifications such as CompTIA A Network or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus
